3 Days Returns

You have 3 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered (from the date of receipt).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note:- All customized articles are not entitled to any exchange or refund (that includes sizes-XS, 3XL, and bigger sizes, Length 60 inches or more).

No Exchange or refund is applicable on customized articles. (If you request any change in the color/ fabric/ design of the garment.)

No exchange or refund shall be accepted on accessories.

For a refund or exchange, the customer has to pay the courier charges and send the article back to us.

 

Easy and Free Returns

You can return most of the products you have bought (except a few - Please cheque FAQ).

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

For a refund or exchange, the customer has to pay the courier charges and send the article back to us. Refund or exchange will be initiated only after we receive the item back and if the condition of the item is perfectly all right.

Note:- All customized articles are not entitled to any exchange or refund.

 

If the item you have received is damaged, defective, or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund.

We shall need a box/parcel opening video proof for the same.

Authenticity Guaranteed

If your purchase is found to be counterfeit, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees paid.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return the Item

Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Contact any local courier service or Indian Post office and send it back to us (Customer bears the return expenses). Make sure that all the tags are intact. Send us the tracking details through email or WhatsApp.



Refund Processed

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

General Policy:

Always write ‘not for sale’ or ‘Defective good return’ on the cover while sending us the products.

The products being returned should be returned in the ORIGINAL CONDITION along with TAGS and PACKING.

If upon receipt, we found that the product is USED, WASHED, ALTERED, or is not in ORIGINAL FORM, no refund or exchange or return is accepted.

Return of goods that are custom-made, pre-stitched, or prepared as per your specific order will not be accepted.
