  • Q.1- I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to have any manufacturing defects, we will process the refund. You need to send us your account details and we shall transfer your money back within 7 working days after your refund has been approved.

Please note that the customer has to send the product back to us through a local courier service and the customer has to pay for that. Refund or exchange will be initiated only if the condition of the item is perfectly all right.

  • Q.2- I received the wrong item, how can I return it?

In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with the shipping cost in 7 working days.

For some articles, the customer has to pay and send the article back to us. Refund or exchange will be initiated only if the condition of the item is perfectly all right.

  • Q.3- When are ‘Returns’ not possible?

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

    1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 3days from delivery.
    2. The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
    3. Specific categories like innerwear, socks, eatables, personal care, cosmetics, fragrances and clothing freebies, etc.
    4. Defective products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
    5. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
    6. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
    7. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
    8. Fragile items, hygiene-related items.
    9. Customized garments (Color, Fabric, Measurements or Design)
    10. Any item/category/size/ length where it is mentioned on the website that it is not exchangeable or refundable (In any phrase or language).

 

  • Q. 4-I have changed my mind; can I return what I have bought?

If you change your mind before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund.. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 3days to return them, keeping the below rules in mind:

    1. The item is not on the Non-Returnable list.
    2. You can’t return Clearance Items marked as non-returnable.
    3. Anything that is mentioned in the answer for Q.3.
    4. Please note that the customer has to send the product back to us through a local courier service and the customer has to pay for that. Refund or exchange will be initiated only if the condition of the item is perfectly all right.

 

Q.5- What if I bought an item from outside India through an international shipping service offered by Bashariya.com and I want to return it?

You may still return the product and we shall refund your money in terms of ‘reward points’’ which can be used by you at any time within 12 months. Shipping charges shall not be refunded in this case. And the customer shall bear the cost of shipping for returning the item.

  • Q.6- Can I return Clothing & Fashion accessories?
  1. You can return any Clothing item or Fashion accessory within 3 days in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact, as long as the item is:
    1. not listed in the Non-Returnable List.
    2. not Clearance Items marked as such.
    3. in the same condition as received and with the original packaging box and tags attached
    4. All other answers to Q.3.
    5. Please note that the customer has to send the product back to us through a local courier service and the customer has to pay for that. Refund or exchange will be initiated only if the condition of the item is perfectly all right.

 

Also, any consumable items that are used or installed cannot be returned. As outlined in consumer Protection Rights and concerning the section on non-returnable items.

  • Q.7- How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?

Typically, a Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item.

  • Q.8- Can you schedule the courier to return an item?

At the moment, we are not offering this service.

  • Q.9- Can I return my item after 3days?

There may be situations in which you were not able to return items within the 3days, in such cases please contact our Customer Service Team (9354988552) or through the Contact Us page to file a complaint. Complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis. However, all acceptable returns as per Consumer Protection Laws will honor the outlined duration.

  • Q.10-How can I receive a refund if I paid by Credit Card?

If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement or Cash U, depending on the individual’s bank process.

  • Q.11- I paid through Cash on Delivery, how will I receive a refund for my item?

If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the money would be refunded in your bank account.

    Q.12- I lost the Original Packing in which I received the item, how can I still return it?

We accept the return of item only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however in this case, please contact our Customer Service Team ((+91 9354988552).

  • Q13- Can I return an item through my courier company or personally drop it anywhere?

Yes. Please note that the customer has to send the product back to us through a local courier service and the customer has to pay for that. Refund or exchange will be initiated only if the condition of the item is perfectly all right.

  • Q14- Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item?
