Please follow any product-specific care instructions mentioned in the product description or on the care label.

  Wash colours separately and avoid bleach or harsh detergents.

  Use low heat while ironing and preferably iron on the reverse side.

  Avoid excessive heat, rubbing or rough handling of delicate fabrics.
  
• 
  Products with handwork, embroidery, embellishments or delicate detailing should be dry cleaned only.
  

Proper care helps preserve the fabric, colour, finish and detailing of the product.

Shipping Timeline

• Standard Products: Dispatched within 24 hours and typically delivered in 3 to 6 business days.
• Handworked Items: Require additional craftsmanship time and may take up to 7 days to dispatch from our studio.

Note: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp for real-time updates.

If the item you received does not match your order, please inform us immediately. Once we review and approve your request, you may return the product to our office. A full refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important: To be eligible for a refund, an unedited video of the unboxing—clearly showing the package being opened—is required.

Payment & COD

• 
  Prepaid Orders: Eligible prepaid orders can receive 10% off merchandise value through the prepaid offer shown at checkout.
  
• 
  Standard COD: Available on eligible orders up to ₹5,000. A ₹99 COD handling charge applies. A minimum ₹300 advance is required after order confirmation before processing and is adjusted against the amount payable on delivery.
  
• 
  Partial COD: For eligible orders from ₹5,001 to ₹20,000, 10% is paid online at checkout and the remaining balance is paid on delivery.
  
• 
  Orders above ₹20,000: COD / Partial COD is not available; payment must be made prepaid.
  
• 
  COD / Partial COD availability may also depend on delivery serviceability, product type and order verification.

Care Instructions for Your Abaya

To help your abaya retain its beauty and quality over time, we recommend the following care guidelines:

General Care (All Abayas):

• Machine wash on a gentle cycle or hand wash using mild detergent in cold water.

• Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they may affect the fabric’s integrity.

• If ironing is necessary, use low heat and press on the reverse side for best results.

Special Care (Embellished Abayas):

• For abayas with handwork, embellishments, or delicate details, dry clean only to preserve the craftsmanship and finish
