Returns & Issues

Eligible preference-based return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customised products, fragrances, products specifically marked No Return / Non-Returnable, and orders with a merchandise/cart subtotal of ₹999 or less are not eligible for voluntary preference-based returns or exchanges.

For visible transit damage, tampering, wrong-item or missing-item claims, please report the issue promptly. A continuous, unedited unboxing video is treated as the primary evidence for such claims. However, the absence of a valid video does not automatically result in rejection of a genuine claim, and other evidence may be requested.

Genuine defects, wrong products or material differences from the confirmed order are handled separately under our applicable defect policy.

Payment & COD

  Prepaid Orders: Eligible prepaid orders can receive 10% off merchandise value through the prepaid offer shown at checkout.
  
• 
  Standard COD: Available on eligible orders up to ₹5,000. A ₹99 COD handling charge applies. A minimum ₹300 advance is required after order confirmation before processing and is adjusted against the amount payable on delivery.
  
• 
  Partial COD: For eligible orders from ₹5,001 to ₹20,000, 10% is paid online at checkout and the remaining balance is paid on delivery.
  
• 
  Orders above ₹20,000: COD / Partial COD is not available; payment must be made prepaid.

  COD / Partial COD availability may also depend on delivery serviceability, product type and order verification.
